Head of Investment Operations

About the role

Ascot Group is seeking a Head of Investment Operations to lead and continuously improve the operating infrastructure of its global investment platform. Reporting to the Group Chief Investment Officer, you will shape the Investment Function’s operating model and ensure that investment professionals have the data, technology, and processes they need to drive portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the operating model for investment data management, reporting, analytics, and technology enablement.
• Establish operational governance, process design, and business infrastructure aligned with long‑term growth objectives.
• Partner with Investments, Investment Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Technology to improve reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, platform adoption, and operational controls.
• Provide scalable processes, high‑quality data, modern technology platforms, and efficient workflows that enhance transparency, productivity, and decision support.
• Balance hands‑on execution with day‑to‑day operational leadership while designing infrastructure for long‑term portfolio growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in insurance investment operations.
• Strong analytical capability and credibility across investment, finance, technology, and audit functions.
• Ability to work confidently with AI‑enabled tools and adapt to evolving technology.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead operational teams and drive scalable solutions.
