Leisure Sales Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Leisure Sales Manager to drive transient leisure revenue for Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s premier luxury resort. Reporting to the Director of Transient Sales, you will develop and execute strategies across wholesale tour operators, online travel agencies, and emerging golf travel channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to increase room‑night production through wholesale, OTA and leisure travel partners.
• Negotiate agreements, promotional campaigns and tactical initiatives with tour operators, wholesalers and destination specialists.
• Grow the resort’s golf leisure business by partnering with golf tour operators and creating accommodation‑golf packages.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts, conduct virtual presentations, site inspections and familiarisation trips.
• Represent Fairmont Southampton at trade shows, sales missions and industry events to build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Commercial teams to maximise profitability and support broader sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or leisure sales, wholesale sales or OTA account management.
• Experience working with wholesale tour operators, leisure travel distribution channels or online travel agencies.
• Knowledge of golf travel or luxury leisure travel is an asset.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar hotel sales and CRM systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Opera Cloud).
