About the role

Join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as a Fairmont Gold Server. You will be the key ambassador of the Fairmont Gold experience, delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating personalized moments for guests in the Gold Lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, anticipate needs, and build strong, personalized connections that encourage repeat visits.
• Deliver refined food and beverage service, providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine selections, and Fairmont Gold offerings.
• Maintain the Gold Lounge to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and elegant presentation.
• Monitor buffet and beverage stations, ensuring timely replenishment and pristine presentation.
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational duties while collaborating closely with the Fairmont Gold team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in luxury food and beverage service, preferably in an executive or VIP lounge.
• Completion of a recognized hospitality or food‑and‑beverage service certification.
• Exceptional guest‑engagement skills with the ability to build rapport and create memorable interactions.
• Strong understanding of refined service etiquette, food safety, hygiene, and luxury standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods.
