Reservations Manager

About the role

The Reservations Manager leads the reservations team at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, Bermuda’s premier luxury urban resort. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy, this role blends strategic leadership with day‑to‑day operational oversight to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the reservations department, aligning with commercial goals and brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, quality assurance, and performance management.
• Maintain accuracy of reservation data across voice, email, chat, and OTA channels.
• Monitor inventory, guide strategic inventory management, and ensure optimal room‑type availability.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Conference Services, and Operations to synchronize reservation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Analyze guest feedback, identify service gaps, and work with Operations to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hotel reservations or a comparable hospitality function.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue optimization and channel performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and maintain high data integrity.
