Reservations & Revenue Manager

About the role

Fairmont Southampton is seeking a Reservations & Revenue Manager to lead the Reservations Department and support revenue strategy across all distribution channels. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Revenue Management, you will ensure accurate pricing, inventory control, and a seamless booking experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department, handling bookings, modifications, cancellations, and group blocks.
• Guide, train, and support Leisure and Group Reservations Executives, stepping in during peak periods for VIP and complex group bookings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room types, packages, promotions, events, and resort amenities.
• Manage relationships with third‑party distributors and OTAs, ensuring optimal visibility and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize RevPAR.
• Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or a related commercial function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of coaching a team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Commercial acumen and a passion for driving revenue growth.
