Resort Driver – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as a Resort Driver. Reporting to the Director of Front Office, you will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences and supporting operational efficiency across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests safely around the resort and assist with luggage.
• Operate and maintain resort vehicles, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Move food, beverage and laundry supplies to support hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
• Adhere to safety procedures, traffic laws and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license for cars and larger trucks with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation and knowledge of resort grounds and local routes.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
