Senior Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Role

About the role

Join EY's Financial Services Office (FSO) as a Senior member of the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team. You will work with multidisciplinary global teams, supporting clients across asset management, private equity, banking, capital markets, and insurance in the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, and Cayman Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting on complex accounting and controllership issues, including system conversions and regulatory challenges.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers, and clients to shape strategy while balancing risk and expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple service lines to deliver integrated assurance, consulting, tax, and transaction services.
• Travel regularly to meet key clients and understand their unique business environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve EY’s products, processes, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong technical writing ability and advanced risk‑management knowledge.
