Spa Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead the 30,000‑square‑foot luxury spa at Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda. The role combines operational oversight, guest experience excellence, and revenue growth within a world‑class resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of therapists, attendants and reception staff, handling recruitment, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure every guest interaction—from booking to treatment—exceeds expectations, handling feedback and maintaining a visible floor presence.
• Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining hygiene, safety and brand standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas and retail spaces.
• Drive revenue through treatment sales, retail performance, package upsells and seasonal promotions while monitoring financial targets.
• Maintain compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations, licensing requirements and Fairmont brand standards, providing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a luxury spa, hotel or resort setting.
• Proven track record of leading teams, delivering service excellence and managing budgets and revenue.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business or Wellness management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using spa management and booking systems.
