Spa Therapist

About the role

Join the iconic Hamilton Princess & Beach Club in Bermuda as a Spa Therapist, delivering premium massage, skin care, and beauty treatments to discerning guests. You will work in a vibrant, luxury environment, upholding the Fairmont values of hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage modalities, including Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Body Scrub and Body Wrap.
• Perform facial treatments using specialized machinery.
• Deliver waxing services and nail treatments such as spa manicures, pedicures and gel nails.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment at all times.
• Generate sales through product and service recommendations and up‑selling.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and follow proper documentation procedures.
• Adhere to corporate, hotel, departmental and health‑safety policies, including epidemic protocols.
• Participate in hotel committees, special projects, events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license, or a diploma in Beauty or Spa Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing spa and beauty treatments in a hospitality setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Body Scrub and Body Wrap massage techniques.
• Experience operating facial treatment equipment.
• Skilled in depilatory waxing.
• Competence in natural nail spa manicure, spa pedicure and gel nail services.
