Titles Analyst

About the role

The Titles Analyst supports the Manulife Bermuda Branch by reviewing policy ownership structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory due‑diligence requirements for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review policy ownership structures, including individuals, entities, and trusts, to identify ultimate beneficial owners.
• Conduct client risk assessments and ensure due‑diligence meets FATCA, CRS, and Bermuda AML/ATF regulations.
• Validate legal collateral assignment documents against approved versions.
• Meet service standards for turnaround time while prioritising urgent cases.
• Participate in continuous improvement of business processes.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of due‑diligence, FATCA, CRS and Bermuda AML/ATF regulations.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment with tight deadlines.
• Independent, accountable and adaptable to international cultural differences.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
