Welcome Ambassador Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton as a Welcome Ambassador Supervisor, leading the team that creates first‑impression experiences for guests at Bermuda’s premier luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach the Welcome Ambassador team to deliver polished, anticipatory service.
• Oversee lobby flow, front‑drive operations and guest arrivals, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Assist guests with luggage, wayfinding, transportation and resort information.
• Support check‑in during peak periods and coordinate VIP and group arrivals.
• Maintain SOPs, LSOPs and safety standards, updating procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Housekeeping, Security and other departments for seamless guest journeys.
• Handle scheduling, performance reviews, incident reporting and ensure grooming and uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; hospitality training is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years guest‑facing hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in a luxury or high‑volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA property management system.
• Experience using radios and messaging platforms for operational coordination.
