Bell Person (Night)

About the role

The Bell Person (Night) provides essential guest services during the night shift at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, a Fairmont‑managed luxury resort in Bermuda. Working under the Bell Captain, you will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, timely luggage delivery, and assistance with any inquiries throughout the evening and early morning hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ luggage, messages, and other items to and from rooms promptly and courteously.
• Escort guests to their rooms, offering a brief overview of room features and amenities.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby when not transporting luggage, ready to assist guests with information about hotel facilities.
• Coordinate room changes and expedite any guest requests related to bell services.
• Follow all department policies, safety procedures, and Fairmont service standards.
• Participate in hotel committees and adhere to health and safety guidelines, including epidemic protocols.
