Senior Operations Analyst – Alternatives

About the role

Arch Investment Management is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support its Alternatives team. You will act as a central hub for onboarding new investments, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth operational processes across legal, tax, and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in weekly Alternatives team meetings and provide status updates on new investment onboarding.
• Maintain an onboarding tracker with deal processes, timelines, and action owners.
• Collect and distribute deal documentation (PPM, LPA, tax structure charts, subscription documents) to internal teams.
• Coordinate diligence meetings with legal, tax, and accounting groups to confirm optimal deal structuring.
• Track internal and external document reviews, ensuring timely signatures and processing.
• Manage the Alternatives inbox, summarizing actions for portfolio managers (e.g., LPAC meetings, votes).
• Work with cash operations on expected call amounts and timing.
• Assist the COO with Operational Due Diligence and follow‑up activities.
• Facilitate KYC requests for all alternative investments and keep policies up to date.
• Attend Investment Committee meetings and document outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of investment operations experience.
• Experience handling complex fund documents and understanding fund structures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks.
• Self‑motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
