Senior Actuarial Consultant – Insurance Solutions (P&C)

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Actuarial & Insurance Solutions (P&C) you will develop actuarial models, provide recommendations and create reports and presentations for our clients in the insurance sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored actuarial solutions while continuously expanding your expertise across diverse projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee data analysis for insurance clients.
• Lead the development of actuarial modelling and valuation projects.
• Participate in creating project plans and delivering client solutions.
• Learn and apply new tools and technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure service excellence.
• Engage in well‑being, sustainability and community initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s values.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in actuarial consulting, preferably within property & casualty insurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and guide project teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
