Spa Therapist

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest luxury resort, as a Spa Therapist delivering exceptional spa experiences in a 30,000‑square‑foot spa. You will work closely with the Spa Manager to provide personalized treatments that exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a calm, welcoming environment.
• Conduct thorough pre‑treatment consultations to tailor services to guest needs.
• Deliver a variety of massage modalities, facials, body wraps, scrubs and specialty therapies with technical excellence.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and ambient settings to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Record confidential treatment details and communicate guest feedback to the Spa Manager.
• Promote spa services, packages, memberships and retail products in a guest‑focused manner.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure or registration where applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in massage or spa services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
