CEO, Fiduciary Services – Global Multi‑Jurisdiction Platform

About the role

The firm is seeking a visionary CEO to lead its global fiduciary services business, overseeing corporate, trust, regulatory and management services across multiple jurisdictions. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive growth and ensure operational excellence from a base in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategy for a multi‑jurisdiction fiduciary platform.
• Lead commercial expansion, service diversification and client‑value initiatives.
• Oversee operational performance across international locations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Drive technology‑enabled transformation, automation and risk‑managed service delivery.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and operational risk frameworks in partnership with global compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure proactive responses.
• Lead senior teams in Corporate Services, Trust Services, Regulatory Services and Accounting/Management Services.
• Build a high‑performing, collaborative and client‑centric culture.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Report regularly to the Board on performance, strategy, risk and market opportunities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in fiduciary, corporate or trust services.
• Proven success managing multi‑jurisdictional, regulated operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience delivering technology‑driven transformation and operational efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of fiduciary structures, trust administration and regulatory frameworks.
• Credibility with Boards, senior stakeholders, regulators and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and develop talent.
• Professional qualifications such as ICSA/CGI, CPA, ACCA, STEP are advantageous.
