Catering & Sales Manager

About the role

A Catering & Sales Manager is sought to lead catering operations and grow the client base. The role covers developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating catering events and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase catering revenue.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
• Prepare catering proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Coordinate catering events from planning through execution.
• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor budgets, sales targets and profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality, event management or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's licence.
