Spa Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the award‑winning spa at Fairmont Southampton as a Spa Attendant. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will help deliver a seamless, luxurious guest experience in a world‑class resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in, provide spa information and escort them to treatment areas.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa.
• Ensure all facilities are sanitized, report maintenance issues and uphold health‑safety standards.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, retail displays and special spa events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or wellness training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a spa, hotel or customer‑service environment, preferably luxury.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a calm manner.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and spa operational procedures.
