Spa Manager

About the role

Fairmont Southampton is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its 30,000‑square‑foot luxury spa. You will ensure every guest receives a seamless, restorative wellness experience while driving service standards, team performance, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of therapists, attendants and reception staff, overseeing recruitment, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain high‑visibility floor presence, engage with guests, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure personalized service.
• Oversee spa operations, hygiene, safety and brand standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas and retail spaces.
• Drive revenue through treatment sales, retail performance, package upsells and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor financial performance, manage inventory, and produce regular reports for the Director, Spa.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive spa, wellness or resort management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of delivering service excellence and managing budgets.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess financial and operational performance.

Required skills

• Experience with spa booking and scheduling systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and luxury service standards.
