Corporate Associate – Offshore Law Firm (Bermuda/Cayman)

About the role

Join a leading offshore law firm as a Corporate Associate, working on sophisticated cross‑border transactions for global corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and private equity clients. The position can be based in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands, offering exposure to high‑value corporate matters in an attractive offshore environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on public and private M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.
• Assist with capital raising initiatives and related corporate documentation.
• Draft and review a wide range of corporate agreements, ensuring technical precision.
• Manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with senior partners to deliver high‑quality international corporate work.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a leading international or offshore law firm.
• Strong background in public and private M&A, corporate transactions, and capital raisings.
• Excellent technical drafting abilities and project‑management skills.
