Spa Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as a Spa Attendant. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will support daily spa operations, assist guests, and help maintain a calm, welcoming environment that reflects Fairmont and Accor standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑in, provide information on spa facilities and escort them to treatment areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms, replenish supplies, and ensure cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas.
• Support therapists by setting up rooms, restocking towels, robes, linens, and amenities.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, report maintenance issues, and follow all spa policies.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, retail displays, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience and support special events or promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality or customer‑service environment; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or wellness training is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable, service‑oriented mindset with a guest‑first attitude.
