Food & Beverage Manager (Dining & Catering)

About the role

FoodHub Bermuda is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee its casual dining restaurants and growing catering business. The role covers strategic leadership and hands-on management of dine-in and off-site catering across several brands and locations, combining day-to-day operations with sales development, client relations and team performance. Proven success managing a startup casual dining establishment with catering is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining room and catering operations
• Lead development of service standards and layouts
• Recruit, train and coach front-of-house teams
• Monitor and improve guest experience
• Manage inventory and ordering for dining and catering
• Plan production and coordinate event logistics
• Create custom menus and packages
• Consult with clients and secure catering contracts
• Track budgets and pursue sales growth
• Handle all HR functions for staffing
• Maintain operational records and compliance
• Coordinate with marketing on events and promotions
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance

Required profile

• 3+ years managing casual dining and catering
• Demonstrated startup or turnaround experience
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent by experience
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
